- Squat to Press One Arm Right
- Up, Down Planks Right Arm
- Squat to Press One Arm Left
- Up, Down Planks Left Arm
- Tricep Chest Press
- Dumbbell Squats
- Row Hold Alternating Press Step Back
- Lateral Lunges with Bicep Curl Alternating.
