Little Debbie Mini Brownies are a favorite to many kids. Unfortunately, the nutritional value leaves less than desired. Made with soybean oil, and only 1g of fiber and 3g of protein!  

 

You are much better off making these healthy mini brownies from scratch, using a secret and surprising ingredient…Black Beans!  These healthier muffins have triple the protein and five times the fiber. Plus… they taste amazing.
