I get asked this question all the time - "What do you eat?" So, I thought I would take you through what a day of food looks like for me.
A pretzel isn’t entirely a healthy snack and isn’t a choice snack for a person trying to keep a healthy diet. The snack contains ingredients that aren’t exactly in line with the goal of people that want to lose weight, lower blood sugar levels, and avoid cardiovascular complications.
I love me some popcorn.... and caramel corn? Yes, please! I don’t usually snack on anything late into the night these days, but I do make exceptions for this healthy spin on Caramel Corn.
If you drink these (or any other protein shake like UMP, etc. that contains similar ingredients…)
Please stop …. They are toxic to your immune system & health. They are literally destroying your gut health. I know first-hand this particular one says it supports immune health.
