Canola oil is a common household cooking oil, but should we be using it on a regular basis? And it's not just Canola Oil that should be avoided. Most cooking oils go through an insane amount of processing with chemical solvents, steamers, neutralizers, de-waxers, bleach and deodorizers before they end up in the bottle.
