Something is always better than nothing.  You are busy and your day doesn't always go as planned.  I get it!  These workouts give you the flexibility to make your workout out fit into your day...5 minutes at a time!

No equipment needed!  All you need is a timer!  I recommend using a yoga mat or a comfortable area to lie down when exercising.
