With transformative online training and nutrition, I provide a smart and fun approach to a serious fitness transformation. You have to have a vision for what your life and your health might look like. That vision will ignite the flame under your goal. I can help you set that goal, find that vision, and help you emerge as a healthy, and confident version of yourself.

After getting results for myself, I was driven to help others do the same. In 2017, I leveraged 15 years of prior experience to get results for others. In 2019, I became an associate with ID Life and personalize clients' workouts and nutrition based on their DNA.

Did you ever look in the mirror and wonder where the time went?  All those things you wanted to do but kept putting off until you had more time, more money, an empty house, fewer responsibilities, more energy, better health? As a coach of many men and women today, they all ask themselves that same question.  They truly don’t know how they got to where they are.  Their life consumes them.  For some, it is their job. For others, their kids or aging parents.  Let’s face it, we live in an instant gratification society geared for convenience and speed.  We run out the door in the morning, skip meals throughout the day, fight traffic and race home.  We grab food on the go.  We even hire companies to grocery shop for us or prep meals because we simply do not have the time.  Sad but true… those who find themselves waiting for more time, money, etc.  only find themselves caught in the vicious cycle of “so-called” life – the rat race.  They get comfortable in their routine; they get complacent. Being comfortable and complacent isn’t the worst thing in the world, right? It means we’re doing something well, and we should stay on that path. Think again! Before we know it, we find ourselves slowly sinking into a routine, going through the motions, and “poof”, we’re neck deep in the quicksand, and it’s too late! I can relate.  That was me.

At the age of 31, my first son was born and priorities changed.  In 2000, my family was faced with a unique challenge when my second son was born with a congenital leg disorder.  This was a game changer.  We faced a lifetime of surgeries for my son to give him the ability to walk with his own two feet on the ground.  I lived my life in hospitals, in fast food drive thrus, purchased convenience foods and feed myself and family junk.  I never took the time - nor did I have the energy to care for myself.  I came last - family first.

In 2009, I got the opportunity to leave corporate America. After years of neglect to myself and my family's health, I decided that I needed to make a change.  I needed to take my health and wellness seriously.  I had to be a role model for my own kids, exemplifying how to muster through when life hits you hard.  

Getting back into shape in my forties was no easy feat.  Twenty years ago, I was told to exercise more.  If I wanted to lose weight, eat less.  I was baffled.  I thought I was eating healthy, but I still couldn’t lose weight, didn’t feel good, and lacked energy. I reduced my calories – I tried several diet programs.  Eventually, I learned it wasn’t my fault.  I was no longer eating food, but food-like products.  What you eat can be responsible.

I lacked energy.  I was mentally and physically exhausted.  I was overweight.  I had joint issues and knee surgery.  I was arthritic.  I was living a life of an 80-year-old. My family was overweight. I was not being a good role model for my family.  I lacked confidence and was not proud of myself. You see, I began in the fitness industry at the age of 17… taught fitness classes almost until my first son was born.  Then, life gets in the way….but life is the way. We just need to learn to navigate through it.

In 2014, I got sick and tired of being sick and tired.  I began learning about food and nutrition.  I began fueling my body with food and not food-like substances.   ***NEWS FLASH!***  80% of your results are going to come from the food you eat!  Your metabolism is the driving force behind weight loss. 

Wouldn’t you like an efficient body?  Wouldn’t you like an effective workout that will help you develop the muscles you need for healthier bones?  Wouldn’t you like toned muscles because the more toned your muscles are, the more calories you’ll burn even when you are NOT exercising?  Wouldn’t you like to spend less time in the gym?  In fact, wouldn’t you like the choice of not going to the gym at all?  Wouldn’t you like your own personal coach?
