I know how hectic life can be with a career and raising children. As a wife and mom, I understand how hard it is to find time for yourself.

Once you have kids of your own, there is an immediate assumption that you no longer have to take care of yourself. Your job is to now take care of your family, right?

Our second son was born with a congenital leg disorder which required our family to live life in and out of hospitals, physical therapy offices and doctors' offices. With how busy life got, eating healthy and working out often went overlooked. The next thing I knew, I was stuck in a body that Ino longer recognized, and I was asking myself, “what happened?"
